Description
Electric storage heating · 14–16-hour charging window · 750 W boost heater
Store off-peak or solar electricity as comfortable room heat
TECHNOTHERM TTB-E 14 Duo 34+ is a modern, fan-assisted electric storage heater for homes, offices and other regularly heated rooms. Its eight heat-storage brick packs are charged at 1.92 kW over a long 14–16-hour window. The stored heat is then released according to the room demand, while a separate 750 W boost heater can cover short-term peaks.
This is a fixed, professionally installed heating appliance rather than a portable electric heater. It is particularly useful where the heating plan should make use of off-peak tariffs, dynamic electricity prices or controlled photovoltaic surplus. The electronic controller monitors the room, manages the stored charge and supports daily and weekly programmes.
How it works
Charge gradually, release heat when the room needs it
During the permitted charging period, electric heating elements warm the storage bricks inside the insulated cabinet. Adaptive control considers the set temperature and the amount of heat required for the following programme. A very quiet built-in fan helps move heat from the core into the room; the warm cabinet also contributes radiant heat. According to the manufacturer catalogue, fan noise is approximately 10 dB.
The longer charging window is the key difference between the 14 Duo and 7 Duo versions. The 14 Duo 34+ uses a lower 1.92 kW storage input to charge the same 34+ cabinet size over more hours. That makes it suitable for projects with a long tariff release, steady PV diversion or a deliberately limited electrical load. The independent 750 W boost element remains available when immediate extra heat is required.
Long 14–16-hour charging window
Spreads charging over more hours and reduces the instantaneous storage-heater load compared with the 7 Duo 34+ version.
PV and tariff-ready planning
Can be integrated into a project designed around photovoltaic surplus, a low-price tariff window or an energy-management contact.
Adaptive electronic control
Charge indication, room-temperature control and daily or weekly schedules help match stored heat to actual use.
Open-window detection
A rapid temperature drop is detected so unnecessary heating can be paused instead of wasting energy.
Quiet, controlled heat delivery
Radiant heat and an ultra-quiet fan distribute warmth without the noise of a conventional high-output fan heater.
Only 18.5 cm deep
The slim floor-standing cabinet keeps a substantial storage core close to the wall without taking unnecessary room depth.

Control and comfort
Heat that follows the weekly schedule
The colour display shows the set temperature and charge level. The controller provides manual operation, a weekly programme, boost mode and off mode. Open-window detection reacts to a rapid temperature fall, and the adaptive control helps prepare the required charge without heating blindly for the entire available window.
App connection enables remote access when the required TECHNOTHERM interface and project configuration are present. The exact control scope is confirmed with the order because interfaces and external energy-management hardware are included only when explicitly stated.
Photovoltaics and dynamic tariffs
A controllable thermal load for the building
Space heating is often one of the largest energy demands in a building. Charging the storage core during a favourable tariff period or with available PV surplus turns that electricity directly into useful heat. A battery can continue to serve electrical loads while the storage heater covers a planned thermal load.
Correct sizing matters more than a simple floor-area rule. WodaTherm™ checks the room heat loss, insulation, desired temperature, charging window, electrical capacity and control strategy before confirming the final model.
Installation and delivery
Heavy equipment that must be planned before it arrives
The TTB-E 14 Duo 34+ is supplied as a floor-standing appliance with storage bricks installed during assembly. The finished unit weighs approximately 162 kg. The floor must be level and capable of carrying the load, and the supplied anti-tip fixing must secure the heater to a suitable wall. Required clearances around furniture, curtains and combustible materials must be observed.
A qualified electrician must provide the fixed 230 V connection, protective conductor, isolation, circuit protection and control wiring. The first charge and commissioning must be checked by a qualified professional in accordance with the current manual.
In stock. Because of the weight and separate brick packages, WodaTherm™ confirms access, unloading and the delivery date with the order. Electrical installation, building work, special carrying service and external energy-management equipment are included only when expressly quoted.
