Description
16 kWh LiFePO4 battery for a matched photovoltaic system
SEPLOS MASON-280L-N is a complete 51.2 V LiFePO4 battery pack with 314 Ah nominal capacity and 16.076 kWh nominal energy. It is selected for a low-voltage photovoltaic battery system together with a compatible inverter, DC protection, cables and commissioning plan. The inverter is a separately selected project component; it is not included by the battery itself.
This page applies to the 314 Ah MASON-280L-N revision. A similarly named older 280 Ah product exists in the supplied document set, but its electrical ratings are not used for this product.
Verified model identity
The locally hosted MASON-280L-N EMC report identifies the tested battery as 51.2 V, 314 Ah and 16.076 kWh. The locally hosted EN 62619:2022 and RoHS certificates identify the same model. Read the EMC test report, EN 62619 certificate and RoHS certificate on WodaTherm™.
Energy, power and expected use
Nominal energy is the battery’s stored-energy class; it is not a guaranteed runtime for a house. Actual available energy and power depend on inverter limits, permitted battery current, temperature, state of charge, cable design and the selected circuits. A battery does not generate electricity and it does not by itself provide whole-building backup.
Compatibility is checked before order confirmation
WodaTherm™ checks the exact inverter model, supported CAN or RS485 profile, intended operating limits, battery count, delivery access and installation concept before confirming compatibility. Do not combine different battery brands or models in a parallel battery bank.
Vertical cabinet for a permanent technical installation
Install only on a stable, non-combustible surface in a dry, ventilated technical location permitted by the delivered documentation and applicable electrical rules. Wheels and handles assist positioning; they do not replace safe lifting, transport planning or professional installation.
Battery management and active balancing
The battery-management system monitors the pack and communicates operating limits to a compatible inverter. Active balancing supports cell-voltage equalisation; it does not replace suitable protection, correct settings or commissioning. If the enclosure is damaged, wet, deformed, unusually hot or gives an abnormal odour, isolate the system and arrange qualified assessment.
Planning and delivery
Capacity and power must be designed together. Start with expected loads, required backup circuits and realistic photovoltaic production; then select compatible inverter power, protective devices and conductor sizing. Explore solar batteries and battery storage or contact WodaTherm™ with the inverter model and installation brief. Final allocation, freight access and delivered revision are confirmed with the order.
