Description
Huawei Backup Box-B0 is the single-phase grid and backup changeover interface for selected residential Huawei SUN2000 L1 inverter and battery systems. It controls the transition between grid-connected and backup operation and feeds a separately designed circuit of selected backup loads during a grid outage.

Not an uninterrupted whole-home UPS
The specified switchover takes time, so equipment that cannot tolerate an interruption needs its own suitable UPS. Available backup power and duration depend on the compatible inverter, battery state of charge, battery configuration and actual loads. Only project-selected circuits may be connected to the backup-load output; it must never be connected directly to the public grid.
