Shipping and delivery<\/h1>\n

Energy-storage products range from parcel-size control equipment to heavy battery cabinets and storage heaters. The delivery method, access requirements and lead time therefore depend on the product shown in your order.<\/p>\n

Before dispatch<\/h2>\n

After an order is placed, WodaTherm\u2122 checks product availability, the selected variant, delivery country and the information needed by the carrier. For made-to-order or incoming products, the displayed lead-time note is an estimate until the supplier confirms dispatch.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

Parcel or pallet<\/h2>\n

Smaller products can travel as parcels. Battery cabinets, storage heaters and other heavy goods may require pallet transport, suitable unloading space and a recipient able to accept the delivery. Special carrying or installation is included only when explicitly confirmed.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

Tracking and contact<\/h2>\n

Where the carrier provides tracking, the details are sent to the order email address. Keep your telephone number and delivery address current. If access is restricted, inform us before dispatch so that the appropriate transport method can be agreed.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

International orders<\/h2>\n

We supply from the European Union. Delivery options, taxes and any import formalities depend on the destination and customer status. Business customers should provide a valid company and VAT identification where applicable.<\/p>\n<\/section><\/div>\n

When the shipment arrives<\/h2>\n

  1. Inspect the outer packaging.<\/strong> Look for tears, crushed corners, punctures, water damage or a displaced pallet.<\/li>\n
  2. Record visible damage.<\/strong> Photograph the package and ask the driver to note the condition in the delivery record before signing.<\/li>\n
  3. Check the product promptly.<\/strong> Compare the contents with the order and retain packaging until the product has been inspected.<\/li>\n
  4. Contact us without delay.<\/strong> Send the order number, photographs and a short description to info@wodatherm.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n
    Important for heavy products:<\/strong> delivery to the address does not automatically include carrying indoors, stair transport, wall mounting, electrical installation or commissioning. These services must be listed separately in the order confirmation.<\/div>\n
