Complaints, warranty and service

If a product arrives damaged, is incomplete or does not work as expected, contact WodaTherm with enough information to identify the order and the fault. We will record the case and explain the next practical step.

What to send

Include the order or invoice number, product name, serial number where present, delivery date and a clear description of the problem. Photographs or a short video often help distinguish transport damage, installation issues and a product fault.

Do not dismantle first

Disconnect unsafe equipment and stop using a damaged product. Do not open sealed battery cabinets, modify wiring, replace internal components or arrange an unauthorised repair before the case has been assessed; doing so can affect safety and the available remedy.

Installation information

For equipment that requires professional installation, provide the installer’s commissioning notes and relevant photographs. Battery communication faults may also require the inverter model, firmware, BMS settings and a description of the communication cable.

Assessment and remedy

The appropriate solution can be technical guidance, a replacement component, repair, replacement product or another remedy available under the contract and applicable law. The procedure depends on the product, fault, customer status and manufacturer service channel.

How to open a complaint

  1. Email info@wodatherm.com. Use the subject “Complaint” followed by your order number.
  2. Attach the evidence. Include the product label, packaging where relevant, photographs and a concise fault description.
  3. Wait for handling instructions. Heavy or hazardous products must not be shipped without an agreed carrier and return address.
  4. Keep all records. Retain the invoice, serial number, correspondence and any carrier damage report.
Safety first: if a battery is swollen, unusually hot, leaking, smoking or physically damaged, isolate the area where this can be done safely, keep ignition sources away and contact the appropriate emergency service. Do not send a damaged lithium battery through an ordinary parcel network.

Returns are a separate process

A complaint concerns damaged, incomplete or faulty goods. A consumer return or withdrawal concerns goods that may be fully functional. Eligibility, timing, exclusions and return instructions are described in the Returns Policy and Conditions of Use. Your mandatory statutory rights are not limited by this information page.
